The place was spacious and the host was very friendly and welcoming.
One area for improvement is that the property feels like it may not have been used for some time, and some areas could benefit from a little more maintenance and upkeep.

The place is situated in a quiet environment. Everything we wanted was there. A/C rooms, equipped kitchen, swimming pool and entertainment space (as it is a four story building). The owner is also a very good person.
The place is 23km away (one hour drive) from colombo fort.

Friendly host. All facilities were available including stuff for cooking, Air conditioning, the roof top was great too.
