It's a funky space but very comfortable. I was worried about the photo of the steep stairs to the bedroom and bathroom, but they were easy to negotiate, maybe not if I wore size 12 shoes. I really appreciated the basics (milk, oat crackers, tea) that were left, as I arrived late. I would never have tried a "Tablet" otherwise. (Think Louisiana Praline without the nuts.) Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen were well laid out and it was 5-15 minutes walk to shops and the Coop grocery store. I could live here.
Being older, I did not appreciate the comfy arm chairs whose legs had been removed so they were inches off the floor. Not very comfortable.
Unfortunately, I arrived 5 hours later than planned and it was dark and rainy and I was tired. The outside light was not on, or if it was, it did not illuminate the door area. I really appreciated my taxi driver's assistance in managing the keypad, including which way you needed to turn key and door handle.

I stayed for two nights and the Fisherman’s cottage was just perfect. Such delightful quirky decor, equipped with everything I needed. I loved the design, layout and all the little details.
Chairs in the lounge room look great but are a little uncomfortable for an older person. The stairs are pretty steep and challenging.

Clean & comfortable. Interesting decor, & good use of the space.
Stairs were a bit tricky, but ok. (I appreciate there was a warning about the stairs)
