Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Unterterzen. Le logement est bien situé, confortable, bien équipé et la vue sur le Walensee est tout simplement superbe. Marcus est un hôte accueillant, disponible et toujours prêt à partager de bons plans pour découvrir la région, notamment de magnifiques itinéraires vélo. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et recommandons cette adresse avec plaisir !

Ein herrlicher Ausblick. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber sowie hochwertig und wunderschön möbliert mit Holzfußboden und kostenlosem Parkplatz. Auch das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ist groß und überaus bequem mit riesigem Fernseher. Gerade jetzt für die Fußball WM perfekt. Auch der Esstisch bot die Möglichkeit für bis zu 8 Personen. Ein Sitzbereich außen ist tlw. überdacht und bietet Schutz, falls es mal regnet. Das Fitnesscenter im Nachbarort konnte kostenlos mitbenutzt werden. 2 StandUp-Paddle können für je 10SF pro Tag mit angemietet werden. Bis zum Strand sind es nur 10-15 Gehminuten ein klein wenig bergab, ebenso zum Spar sowie Zug/Bus/Fähre. Der Eigentümer ist sehr sympathisch und überaus hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Schiebetür von den Fotos zum Schlafzimmer fehlte leider und wäre perfekt für etwas mehr Privatsphäre für uns zu dritt gewesen. Eine Anleitung für die 2 Backöfen + beide Fernseher ist empfehlenswert, da Netflix aber keine Sender zu finden waren und wir wollten nichts verstellen. Die WM am Abend konnten wir dann aber über Youtube schauen. Den Erlebnispass gibt es zur Abholung nur in Bad Ragaz oder Flums.

Die Ferienwohnung war top modern, aber doch mit einem gewissen Charme ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
