We rented the apartment due to our confirmed booking being cancelled by the property a day before our arrival during the Christmas period. Our choices were obviously limited and the service from Booking.com was shockingly poor.
This was a tired property that is not not well kept and not managed well.
The flat door latch can get struck from the inside and not open. I informed the property.
The front entrance door to the building did not close and is usually found wide open. Anyone could enter the building.
Two sets of keys were provided but only one set were the keys for our apartment.
The staircase was dirty with rubbish bags and other rubbish/building equipment left on the stairs throughout our stay.
No outside bins or clear instructions on where to throw out rubbish for collection. Instructions were to leave it outside in front of the entrance.
There was no rubbish bin in the flat or in the kitchen. We purchased one to use.
Toilet seat and lid were loose.
The extraction fan in the bathroom does not work.
There was no duvet cover for one of the duvets provided.
Towels and bedsheets were clean but several had stains.
The WiFi in the property was a cellular router and did not work.
The property manager replied late, did not reply at all or did not provide clear information.

Nothing. We could not stay in this property.
Extremely poor and unsafe security (same keys were shared with all flats). Flat unclean and not ready for us at all. No bedding or towels. The worst place we’ve experienced. Offered an alternative property 45 minutes away. Requested refund but was ignored. Booking.com also unhelpful and not supportive.
