About this apartment rental
NEW apartment, in a building totally refurbished 7 years ago, located in the ideal place to visit Seville: 5 minutes walking from the monumental area (Cathedral, Giralda, Town Hall, Alcazar, Archivo de Indias, Bullring, Guadalquivir River) Just a few steps from the commercial area, with the best boutiques and places of entertainment, entertainment and services of the city.
In case you're driving to Seville, there's a free parking space available for you at less than 5 min.walk in an underground parking.
It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
In the elegant and bright living room there is a large sofa bed, which allows to sleep 2 additional people.
Its kitchen is fully equipped, with all the large and small appliances needed (dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer and microwave).
The floors are of marble and all finishes are of the highest quality.
It also has free Wi-Fi with high-speed fiber.
Surrounded by streets with orange trees, it is a pleasure to wander around the neighborhood, especially in spring with the blossomed orange blossom and with an extraordinary aroma of its streets.
Being a quiet street and a very well insulated floor of the noise, allows you the perfect rest and privacy.
At the same time, the whole area has innumerable bars and restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of services necessary to make you spend a comfortable stay.
It is the ideal location to enjoy the Holy Week, since all the parades run only a few meters from the accommodation, being therefore optimal to see the parades and be able to rest when you feel like it.
The Feria de Abril de Sevilla is easily accessed on a nice walk along the river or with direct buses or taxi, which have their stop a few meters.
The Museum of Fine Arts, second most important art gallery in Spain, is located just 3 minutes walk.
Also, a few meters away, there are innumerable Sevillian Palace Houses and churches of very high cultural value.
The river Guadalquivir, which runs through the city, is located 100 meters from the apartment. Next to it is the Plaza de Toros La Maestranza and the Barrio de Triana, a genuine neighborhood of artists, bullfighters and artisans.

This apartment was absolutely perfect! If we ever come back to Seville we would book this place in a heartbeat. Our family of 4, including two older teens, stayed here for 4 nights during the last week of May. The location is perfect, walking distance from everything, with all the cafes and shops just steps away. We had no issues with noise from the streets. The apartment itself is very spacious and very clean, and the air conditioning throughout was much appreciated especially since there was a heat wave during our stay. We made sure to turn the AC off whenever we left the place. The apartment was stocked with all the towels and soap (including dish soap) that we needed. The kitchen is also stocked with clean dishes and pots/pans, even salt and oil. The apartment itself was fantastic but the best part was our host, Natalia. She is the sweetest lady who welcomed us to the apartment and explained all the things. She also showed us all the maps and places of interest and recommendations which Javier printed/laminated and had ready for us on the kitchen table - so organized and thoughtful!! Natalia even booked a Flamenco show for us the next day, at a cute and intimate studio a few minutes away from the apartment. We really enjoyed the performance! The communication between us and Natalia and Javier was flawless. Really, we can’t recommend this place enough. Wouldn’t change a thing! Mucho gracias Javier y Natalia!

We had a terrific stay. Property in fantastic location to explore Seville by walking. We were fortunate to be there during the processions of Holy Week and learned a lot.Javier was an outstanding host--very responsive from the 1st contact, throughout our stay, and final details. We missed our connection in Madrid and he was very thoughtful and helpful in making sure we had a smooth, delayed check-in

The apartment is spotless, spacious and well maintained. Location was unbeatable and easy to get to and steps away from all attractions and with great restaurants nearby.Javier went above and beyond to make us feel at home straight away. We will definitely return there.
