The Space

A two-bedroom apartment on a single level, in the lakeside La Residence Du Lac complex on Frankton Road.

Bedrooms: Two bedrooms, please confirm your preferred configuration directly.

Bathrooms: One bathroom with a walk in shower.

Living areas: Open-plan living with smart TV, and balcony access.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with microwave, fridge, dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, and 4-slice toaster.

Balcony: Balcony off of the living room with beautiful views of the lake and mountains.

Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed or 2 Single Beds

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.



Guest Access

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.



The Neighbourhood

La Residence Du Lac sits in a peaceful lakeside spot just above the Queenstown cycle and walking trail, with direct access to the lakeside path into Queenstown Gardens and the CBD. The Sherwood Hotel's restaurant and bar are just across the road.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: No stairs but there is a small step at the front entrance

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

A BBQ can be arranged for NZD $60, covering the gas bottle, BBQ use, and a professional clean afterward.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 4 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
