Convenient location to both downtown/university area as well as suburban shops for things like grocery and everyday items (about 10 min in either direction). Walkable to nice park. The neighborhood was a mix of multi-tenant and single family housing with a mix of renovated and stable properties and some run down, but overall the location was good. The house itself was as described, nicely maintained historic home with essentials.

This little house was so cute and clean! Only thing I didn’t notice was that it was all on street parking which was my fault but not a big deal at all. Very friendly and would stay again
