Perfect for families or remote work. Just one block from the Billy Wolf Trail for walking and biking. Enjoy a convenient and cozy home base for exploring the city!

The chef in your group will love our fully equipped kitchen, complete with vibrant green cabinetry and a convenient kitchen bar. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, which seats six, or at the two bar stools. From the dining area, you can even catch a glimpse of the Nebraska State Capitol!

Bedroom 2: Offers a customizable King-sized Sleep Number bed, a 32-inch Smart TV, an alarm clock with a sound machine, and a pack-and-play for our youngest guests.
Bathroom: A clean and bright space with a tub/shower combination. We provide a starter set of towels, soap, toilet paper, Kleenex and small toiletries.

Stay connected with ultra-fast 500mbps Allo fiber internet, perfect for streaming or working remotely. Connecting is effortless—simply tap your phone on our internet porter to get the password instantly.
Parking: 1 off street parking spot is available, better suited to small cars or SUVs; per Lincoln city code you must pull forward far enough to be off the sidewalk. Street parking right in front of the house is also typically available.
We do have weekly yard maintenance that is usually done on Sunday afternoons,

This is one of the best equipped and organized vacation rental I have ever stayed in. It even had a drip coffee machine and a Keurig machine. Every thing was clean and up to date. I would definitely stay in it if I ever go back to Lincoln again.

The entire family enjoyed our stay here, the dogs especially enjoyed the fenced in back yard. The house was clean, had everything we needed, and was close to everything we were attending. The host was quick to respond to all our questions. We had a great experience and would highly recommend staying here.

We did not bring any pets. It was clean and comfy. Just needed some extra supplies: toilet paper, kleenex and coffee filters.

We had a wonderful stay at this bungalow and would gladly come back. What stood out most was the host’s incredible attention to detail in every aspect of the house. Every space felt thoughtfully prepared, well cared for, and intentionally designed to make guests feel comfortable from the moment they walked in. The home was clean, welcoming, and full of touches that made the stay feel easy and relaxing rather than just functional.It’s clear the host put real thought into the overall guest experience, not just the basics. The house felt warm, organized, and genuinely inviting, and that level of care made a big difference. You can tell this is a host who takes pride in the property and wants guests to have a great stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-kept place with a host who truly pays attention to the details.
