Sweet location and nice apartment close to downtown Austin

The house was in a great area, quiet, residential and a short walk into downtown. In a city where you have to pay to park, an included spot was invaluable. The house was cutely decorated, compact yet comfortable. Be aware there are guests upstairs and downstairs. There was a sound machine on the bedside table to combat any noise. The issues that arose during our stay were mostly due to the rental’s excessive uncleanliness. I messaged the host, he promptly replied and started steps to remedy the situation. Unfortunately, it wasn’t all resolved while we stayed, but the host reassured me that everything I was concerned about was resolved soon after we left with a long deep cleaning. Based on my most recent conversation with the host, I know other guests will now better enjoy this rental home and all it has to offer.
