From this three-bedroom retreat, the beach is steps away, the coastal trail runs right past your door, and the rhythm of the day is yours to set. Whether you`re here to surf, explore local cafés, or simply sit on a balcony with the sea breeze coming in, the setting does the work.

Living spaces
The open layout draws you in from the moment you arrive, with vaulted ceilings giving the space a generous, airy feel. A 65` TV anchors the living area for movie nights, while the front deck - fitted with lounge seating and a gas BBQ grill - pulls the gathering outdoors just as naturally. Two private balconies offer fresh air and a place to settle in at any hour. For year-round comfort, the home is equipped with central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, and an indoor fireplace - rare and welcome features for a beach property. High-speed Wifi, an Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace in a common space keep things running smoothly for anyone who needs to stay connected.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to 10 guests across three bedrooms. The primary suite offers a king size bed, a private balcony, a 50` TV, and a full ensuite bath. Bedroom 2 is set up with one queen bed and one double bed, while Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. The living room also features a sofa bed, offering additional sleeping space for guests. Throughout the home you`ll find bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades to help everyone rest well.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for cooking from scratch or keeping things simple. A refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher are all on hand, alongside cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a drip coffee maker, wine glasses, a toaster, blender, baking sheet, and barbecue utensils for the grill. The dining table seats six - a comfortable setup for shared meals before or after a day at the beach.

Bathrooms
Two bathrooms are stocked with essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. One bathroom includes a bathtub for a longer soak after a day on the water.

Outdoor & beach access
Shared beach access is just steps from the front door, putting the sand and coastal trail within easy reach. After time on the shore, come back to the private patio or balcony, outdoor dining area, and outdoor furniture. Beach essentials - including beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are included for your outings.

Additional amenities
An in-unit washer and dryer add practical convenience for longer stays. A Pack `n play/Travel crib is available upon request. Safety features include exterior security cameras (Ring Doorbell, garage-facing camera, and a camera covering the steps to the front door), a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Two free tandem driveway parking spaces plus free street parking are available. The home is accessed via a private entrance.
