The Space:

This bright, well-appointed townhome gives your group a comfortable hub between theme park adventures - with enough space to spread out, unwind, and actually enjoy the place you're staying. Built in 2023, every corner reflects a fresh, well-considered layout designed with vacation groups in mind.



The living space

The ground floor sets the tone with a welcoming living area anchored by soft seating - ideal for regrouping after a full day out. A dedicated workspace means those who need to catch up on emails or remote tasks have a proper spot to do so. The private entrance keeps arrivals and departures smooth, and self check-in via smart lock means no waiting around.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms are spread across the two floors for comfortable separation. The ground floor holds a queen bedroom with direct access to a full bath shared with the main living area. Upstairs, a twin bunk suite brings a playful energy that younger guests tend to love. A second queen suite on the upper level rounds out the sleeping arrangements with a quieter, more restful feel. The home accommodates up to 6 guests across 4 beds.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you need for easy meals in - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and a hot water kettle. Cooking basics including pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper are on hand, along with dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. A dining table rounds out the space for sit-down meals.



Entertainment & extras

The upper level VIP lounge adds something a little different - a hockey table for group competition and a small fitness corner with a yoga mat and weights for those who like to keep moving. Room-darkening shades, air conditioning, and a washer and dryer round out the practical comforts. The home also supports EV charging on the premises, and both free on-site parking and free street parking are available.

Disney's Animal Kingdom is roughly 12 minutes away, Disney's Hollywood Studios and Disney's Boardwalk around 16 minutes, and Walt Disney World Resort within an 18-minute drive. Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park is approximately 14 minutes out, and ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex is about 15 minutes away. Orlando International Airport is around 35 minutes from the door.



Good to know

Check-in is from 4 PM and checkout is by 10 AM. Initial supplies are provided - including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels - though longer stays may require restocking. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.
