We just left Rome after an amazing 4-day stay at Proja Property, and everything was perfect! The room was beautiful, very clean, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning every day. Check-in was extremely easy with clear instructions, and the staff was always very helpful and quick to respond.
The location is excellent — near Piazza del Popolo and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and many of Rome’s main attractions. Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps were about a 20-minute walk, while Piazza Venezia, Piazza Navona, and the Vatican were around 30 minutes away.
Beautiful place, great location, and excellent service. Thank you for such a wonderful stay — we would definitely come back!

A really great stay! Value for money is exceptional and in a wonderful location. I would suggest some alternative pillows as I thought they were a bit firm, but could just be personal preference (but I’m not usually fussy).
Would definitely stay again!
