Frisch renovierte Unterkunft in guter Lage (10 - 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Markusplatz; Bus- und Bahnhof hinter dem Haus). Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem typischen, großen (!) römischen Stadthaus mit einen Innenhof. Schlüsselübergabe und Abstimmung war sehr unkompliziert und flexibel, genau wie die Übergabe und Abreise. Sehr netter Kontakt :-)
Per Bahn (Preis 1 €/Person) fährt man 4 Stationen bis zum Hauptbahnhof (Roma Termini; Abstempeln der Fahrkarten vor der Fahrt nicht vergessen)
In der Nähe befinden sich auch zahlreiche Restaurants und Frühstückslokale, die eine gute Preis-/Leistung haben. Infos dazu gibt es auch in der Wohnung. (Mein Tip: Cafe Romolo gut 50m entfernt. Bester Kaffee und kleine Frühstück-Snacks, klein aber fein). 2 größere Supermärkte sind ebenfalls in ein paar Minuten erreichbar.
Beide Schlafzimmer sind mit Boxspringbetten ausgestattet, die sehr bequem sind. Handtücher, Bettwäsche und andere Utensilien für den Start sind bei der Anreise vorhanden. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist ebenfalls für 2 Personen geeignet und für eine Schlafcouch sehr bequem.
Die Küche ist mit Gefrier- und Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Gasherd, Mikrowelle usw. und vielen Utensilien gut ausgestattet. Das Bad ist mit Dusche, Bidet, Toilette etc. recht klein, aber modern (Regendusche etc.) Die ganze Wohnung ist mit Klimageräten ausgestattet.
Fazit: Gute Wohnung für die Erkundung Roms. Wir haben fast alles zu Fuß besichtigt. Sehr modern und gute Ausstattung.
Rom ist generell eine laute Stadt. Überall sind Baustellen und die Umgebung/Nachbarn sind auch nicht immer leise ;-) Bahn und Busse hinter dem Haus hört man bei geschlossenen Fenstern kaum. Empfindliche Naturen sollten sich aber besser Ohrenstöpsel mitnehmen :-)

Konumu mükemmeldi. Vatikana yürüme mesafesinde. Kolezyum hariç diğer bölgelere de yürüme mesafesinde. Hemen arkasında otobüs duragı var ve her yere gıdıyor. Ekstra tren garı var ve havalimanı için cok pratik oldu. Kliması gayet yeterliydi. Yataklar ve yastıklar rahattı. Ev sahibi de çok anlayışlı ve yardımsever biriydi. Tekrar gelince yıne burada konaklarım.

We had a wonderful stay in Rome. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of room for our luggage. The vintage elevator made bringing bags up much easier.
The host was very kind, attentive, and quick to answer any questions we had about our booking. He also helped us book transportation to the airport and came to assist us in less than 10 minutes after we accidentally locked ourselves out late at night.
The location was excellent, with easy access to buses and the metro for visiting the Colosseum, the Vatican, and other attractions. We also enjoyed the view right outside the entrance and found the neighborhood convenient for getting around the city.
The apartment had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting Rome.

Really lovely appartement with comfortable beds (including comfortable sofa bed) and located only a few minutes from the Vatican, with loads of local restaurants around and very nice Italian cafe for breakfast.
The appartement exceeded our expectation as the photos did not do it justice. All the rooms are very spacious with high ceilings and everything is brand new and of high quality.
Stefano met us on arrival to show us the appartement, give us the keys and provided local recommendations.
Would highly recommend this place.
