Location is just perfect - in a quiet street, very close to several main attractions and just in a nice part of the city.
Perfectly clean, with all the necessary facilities in the room. Very convenient bed.
Good breakfast with both Chinese and some European-like options.
The staff was doing their best. It was a bit difficult to communicate through the translation app, as there was just one lady, who spoke a bit of English. But everyone tried to understand and solve any question.
It was a lovely stay which added good emotions to the impressions about the city.
No hooks to hang the towel. But that seems to be a problem of all the Chinese hotels which can be a bit unusual for foreign travelers.
Overall stay was excellent. If some issue required assistance, it was solved sortly by the staff.

We were truly impressed by the kindness and hospitality of the staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They kindly allowed us to check out at 2 pm instead of the usual 12 pm, and they even surprised us with complimentary afternoon tea. We were honestly touched by how thoughtful and attentive everyone was. The hotel is beautiful, and our experience was wonderful from beginning to end. We are very grateful for the hospitality and would happily stay here again.

I stayed at the Power Stone Hotel for one night during my trip to Chengdu, and I honestly wish I could have stayed longer! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the sophisticated yet cozy atmosphere.
Location: The hotel is perfectly situated. It’s conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore Chengdu’s famous attractions. Despite being in a central area, the room was surprisingly quiet and peaceful—a perfect retreat after a long day of sightseeing.

This booking was for my mother, and the experience exceeded all expectations.
The hotel has a good location, close to Qintai Road and Kuanzhai Alley, yet quiet and peaceful amid the bustle. The environment is elegant and comfortable; the rooms are clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is great, so my mother slept very well.
The staff are friendly, check-in was efficient, and the breakfast was delicious and varied.😄 Overall, it was a pleasant and reassuring stay, perfect for elderly guests. We will choose this hotel again when we come to Chengdu next time.
