Location, amenities, space in room, comfortabke furnishings.
It would have been useful to have a toaster for breakfast and also a change of towels if staying for more than a couple of nights.
Also, the toliet seat was loose and the extractor fan above caked with fluff and dirt, needed a good clean.

The location was perfect. Easily accessible to main attractions and a short walk to a good selection of restaurants
No car parking available except for a pay and display car park, which although was very convenient, was also quite expensive.

The room was a good size and the kitchen had everything you needed
Far too many stairs and not easy to access with luggage. Water pressure for top floor apartment was very poor. Too many lights permanently on at night which couldn’t be turned off. Faulty bedside lamp reported but not fixed. Faulty window blind, reported but not fixed
