The staff were very welcoming and showed me to the rooms, explaining the rules and that it is an active student residence. The room was very comfortable with a nice view. Room was air-conditioned and perfect for a one-night stay. The room
The shower was the only item that caused concern, the water pressure could swing wildly and temperature spiked without warning. The staff confirmed they will review this following my stay.

The staff were very helpful & friendly. Good value for money. Near a big shopping center, which has a very reasonable food court.
Was surprised at how quiet it was considering most residents are young uni students.
Not a serious issue, but sometimes early morning noise in front of main entrance of building. Wear ear plugs, or request a room at the back of the building. It's also a little out of the way.

The accommodation was very modern and the aircon was very powerful which was great. Staff were very friendly and were happy to assit me. Very easy to get an Uber to and from the town centre. Also, a 6 min walk to a large shopping centre which was useful.
Bed was a bit lumpy and uncomfortable. Fire alarm went off at 4am on my first night which was very startling. This was concerning, as I had no idea if it was a real fire or not and neither did the other residents who lived there. Eventually, it went off. Would of been helpful to have been shown fire exits during check in. I did let staff know this upon checkout, as its a real safety issue.
