The location, the facilties and yard area make this a great faciltities, hence why we chose to stay here. Great for walks and nice and quiet for resting.
Cleanliness was the only downfall for our stay. I spent an hour to clean the kitchen so we felt confortable to use the facilities (kitchen cupboard needed cleaning, stove top greasy and grime all around knobs etc., sink tap and dish strainers all needed scrubbing, the dishwasher door needed cleaning). Oven is very unclean. Vanity area walls were unclean , tiles and splashback unclean. Whilst it is pet friendly, previous bvisitor pet hair needs to be cleaned around and under the furniture, not so here. The place had a smell so we bought a oil diffuser and left it to help hide some smells.
It appears to have had a quick wipe over clean bust definately not worthy of paying guests, especially for the price.

Great location, close to the lake and a lovely walking path. An easy drive to shops and facilities. A quiet street. A small enclosed yard at the rear was good for our dog.
The landing at the back door definitely needs an awning for wet weather so door can be left open for ventilation and screen door needs to have been hung on the opposite side for access. Instructions for smart tv were basic but we couldn’t get the sound to work. No instructions for the oven, took a while to work it out.
