The views out the back into a well maintained garden with the volcano looming in the background was so serene.
The water pressure in the shower could have been a little stronger

The guesthouse is located a bit away from the main street, but since Tulamben itself isn't very large, it's actually quite convenient. It comes equipped with a refrigerator, drinking water, and a kitchen—if you'd like, you can even cook your own meals here.
On top of that, the staff are really friendly and approachable.
The shower has a bit of low water pressure, and the hot water doesn't last very long.
