Cassie, the host, is very nice and gives prompt replies. The place is at an excellent location, very nice, comfortable, well equipped and clean. It’s a great value for the price.

The only downside I can think of is that because it is quite close to the tube station, you could hear the subway when it was passing by, which could get a bit loud.

Příjemné a čisté ubytování v přízemí bytového domu. Hezké a praktické zařízení, vše útulné a čisté. Cítili jsme se jako doma. Velmi pohodlné postele, velká lednice, dobře vybavená kuchyně. Lokalita je skvělým kompromisem - blízko pěšky do centra, ale zároveň to není drahá luxusní čtvrť. Z letiště se pohodlně dostanete busem National Expres na Waterloo station - do ubytování je to pak 7 min pěšky. A za dalších pár minut pěšky jste u Big Ben. Klíče jednoduše k vyzvednutí v obchodě 24/7. Majitelka bytu neustále na příjmu, zajímající se, jestli je všechno ok, ochotná pomoct. Mnoho malých restaurací v blízkosti, Tesco za rohem. Rádi se při další návštěvě Londýna ubytujeme znovu.

Vstupní dveře se napoprvé trošku hůře otevírají - ale rychle jsme se to naučili. A protože je poblíž velké vlakové nádraží, někomu by mohly vadit zvuky a vibrace od přijíždějících vlaků, ale my jsme si zvykli a za chvíli nám to vůbec nevadilo. Naopak se nám u toho dobře usínalo :)
