Great location. Even if the flat is located on the ground floor, the street is so quiet! The back of the flat got a view on some gardens where we can see squirrels and birds.
The staff was also very helpful and reply very quickly.
We had a great time, thank you so much.

The location, easy instructions to access the property. Early drop off of luggage.
Kitchen well stocked with utensils, crockery, etc.
The Mattresses are not good enough, nor are the pillows.
There is nowhere to store luggage in the room.

Quite a central location and easily accessible via train/tube. The property was clean with lots of fresh towels and linen.
The area felt a little sketchy initially. It seemed like a housing commission area. We had 5 people and it was quite crammed for all of us but in saying that, accommodation in London is quite small. No air conditioning (fans were provided but you never felt relief from the heat)
