Close to good restaurants and within walking distances to downtown

The grounds were full of litter and the electronic key system was a nightmare as a signal was hard to get outside the front door

Quality, the decoration, style, layout, made the most of a Georgian room. Bed, super comfortable, well worth the extra upgrade charge.

Small details, tray under the coffee machine not large enough, changing plug to use the kettle. Housekeeping, near perfect, extra 1.5 % to get that fifth star

Location was absolutely fine, and a massive bonus to be able to park there. The room was large and had everything needed for the stay. Bed very comfortable. Great shower.

I was in a basement room and it smelt pretty strongly of damp. It was bearable but if staying for any more than a couple of days it would have become unbearable.

The size of the bed

The room smelt of old wooden furniture. The bathroom was too small for the sink and was in the living area. The tea making facilities were scruffy with no spoons to stir your drink with or remove the tea bag. There was no staff present and I was uncomfortable giving image of my driving licence and passport number to check in online to receive key activation on my phone
