Firstly, this is an excellent little apartment. Beautifully furnished, with good space for 2 people. It’s in a great location to be able to walk to most of the major attractions, close to lots of bars and restaurants but quiet enough at night time.
Unfortunately we did have a couple of issues. The communication with the host is very poor. They sent entry instructions absolutely fine, however I had requested to check in an hour early, twice before our arrival, and had no response from them. When we turned up at 2pm we had to wait an hour before we could unlock the door. I messaged again when we arrived but they did not respond to me until later that day which was of no use. The other issue is the electricity usage. Every time we boiled the kettle or used the coffee machine, the electric meter started to beep and then cut off all electricity. We had to ensure all other electrical equipment was turned off to use the kettle, including the air con and lights! They did supply a phone number to use to contact them on (along with check in details) however when I tried to contact them on that they did not respond at all. We did have a lovely stay in the apartment and we worked round these issues, but they could be more of an issue for others.
