Staff were very friendly, bed was comfortable, facility was clean and they provider large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Breakfast was awesome and well organized. Front desk staff was friendly.
Room cleaning staff did not come at all. Had to ask. This was quite strange for me in all the years I’ve been a member. This is a first and I still have another reservation already in the system for this same hotel upcoming 😩. VMI parent.
