Everything was nice, and clean. The staff was very nice. Check in was easy and quick.
The only complaint was the rooms felt damp, I am sure it had to do with the humidity of the season, but the A/C was off and the room was not conditioned. You can tell the air conditioner is turned off between guest, and there is no way to dehumidify the room. So that makes the room feel wet and sticky.

A convenient location off the highway for through travelers, and relatively close to downtown Lexington for a nice dinner.
Very limited amenities, as to be expected for a budget hotel. A small gym would have been nice.

Clean and comfortable beds.
We booked the hotel for the indoor pool and breakfast which we were never notified that both were closed.
