Nice well kept grounds. Very quite. Gate and community center employees were fantastic. They really tried to help us out during a couple of very frustrating incidents.
Took over an hour to get through the gates due to our names not being on the list. Could have been a bit cleaner. Coffee pot didn’t work, leaked water all over counter. Toaster had only one side working and wouldn’t pop up. No pot holders. No salt or pepper. Only one almost empty toilet paper roll per bathroom. And one shelf of fridge door was cracked. Went to water park and again our names were not on the list. They were nice enough to let us in but said this happens a lot. Every time I tried to contact Elite, I would get a email that was from a no reply address.

Everything was wonderful! Very clean very comfortable love the decor! Loved everything!
I didn’t like that last time the grill was included in the stay I paid a lot of money for the stay but it was an extra charge to use the grill
