I like the full refrigerator and large microwave in the room. I like that you had a pool. Breakfast was providing. It was adequate.

If you plan on tanning yourself by the pool, don't go out there until afternoon. The building blocks all of the sun for the pool until noon. There are only three Chase lounges at the pool and in the three days we were there. The pool was never cleaned. All kinds of things are at the bottom of the pool. The cleaning staff is supposed to come every two days. We saw a gallon in the hallway who was cleaning on day two and asked her if she was coming into our room. She said that room was not on her list even though it was day two. We stopped at the front desk. No one was there. Our room was not cleaned when we return. We got our own towels from the front desk that evening.

The location was very accessible to where we were going. We didn’t get a chance to have breakfast. We slept in late. The hotel and staff were very accommodating, and I love our room. The attendant at the desk was very helpful, courteous, and pleasant during our brief day.

Parking was the only concern. There wasn’t enough parking .

It is a new facility.

We arrived at the hotel and were welcomed by a very pleasant janitor who was vacuuming. He went to the room behind the desk to let the clerk know we were there to check in. The clerk came out with a miserable almost annoyed look on her face. I didn't want the stay to be ruined right off the bat so I tried to engage her and she became a bit warmer. That is not my job though. No housekeeping was offered except for the day that a company reviewer was on site. The same clerk came to our door with a miserable look on her face and asked if we wanted housekeeping, I asked for TP and towels. Grill was caked in burnt food and grill forks were also. Otherwise the other staff were kind. Breakfast juice was watered down and when I brought it to the attendant's attention she agreed and said there must be something wrong with the machine and was never fixed. I expect more from a Hilton brand but won't stay at a Home 2 again.
