Comfortable, cosy, quiet, great location.

It is really comfortable, the location is great, it’s close to public transport, but quiet. The building is beautiful. It has everything you need. Contact with the owner is easy, the access to the building is easy. The appartment is clean and has a cosy vibe.

In conclusion, it’s ok

1. This apartment is cozy with essential facilities. 2. The host is helpful & responsive.

1. The cleanliness needs to be improved as I could see the dust, dirts on the floors. Basically, it needs to be vacuumed properly, also the kitchen. 2. The host should have properly provided a detailed instruction for a check-in, instead of waiting for the questions from the guests. I am referring to the basic of check-in instructions. 3. The kitchen appliances should be basically equipped, not only frying pan, but pots also.

Wonderful, will come back again if I ever visit Vienna

Exceeded our expectations: very spacious, clean, facilities are complete. Neighborhood are quite and non touristy, which we like.

A bit far from tram stop but it’s fine.

Necesita AC en verano ya que es un ático en el último piso pero es aceptable si abres las ventanas .

Die Wohnung war relativ groß und in einer guten Lage. Es ist ruhig, aber man ist schnell bei öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln unf kommt überall hin. Der gastgeber hat sehr schnell geantwortet, wenn man eine Frage hatte.

Das Bett war etwas unbequem und wenn sich einer bewegt hatte, hat das ganze Bett gewackelt, so dass man bei jeder Bewegung den Partner aufzuwecken drohte. Damit kann ich noch leben, aber die Sauberkeit hat noch viel Luft nach oben. Alte Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank, eine vergammelte Knoblauchzehe im Schubkasten, Dreck am Boden in den Ecken, das Geschirr war teils unsauber. Für 4 Nächte erträglich, aber nicht angenehm.
