The apartment was perfect for us. My wife and I traveled with my 10 year old son and 14 year old grandson. The bathroom was exceptional. The location is ideal. Be aware there are several flights of stairs to climb.

An exceptionally spacious apartment (Unit 401) for Tokyo with excellent amenities, an incredibly easy check-in process, and a wonderful host. The owner, Thomas, was extremely communicative, very quick to respond, and highly welcoming. He's very kind and gave his full support whenever we have issues.
The apartment is nestled in a cozy neighborhood filled with small cafes, bakeries and few restaurants, just a 3-minute walk to Ikenoue Station and conveniently near both a Family Mart and an Aeon mart.
Inside the apartment, the bed was large and exceptionally comfortable, and the kitchen came fully equipped with a fridge and all the necessary cooking utensils. The bathroom and toilet are separate, generously stocked with complete toiletries, a hair dryer, and even a hair straightener/curler. For laundry, an in-unit washing machine and iron are provided; although there is no clothes dryer inside, a convenient coin-operated dryer is located just a short walk from the building.
I will surely recommend this apartment to anyone who will visit Tokyo.

For those who avoid taking stairs, this unit may not be suitable because there is no elevator available

Buena localización: cerca del tren y a tres paradas de Shibuya. Buen barrio. Muy bien el baño y camas cómodas.
Las escaleras son muy estrechas y empinadas. Subir con las maletas es complicado.

Struttura pulitissima,attrezzata di tutto necessario.I letti erano comodissimi,tutto ben posizionato. Addirittura c’erano i cavi caricabatterie così si risolveva il discorso con le prese giapponesi.Il personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile!Me e piaciuta la mappa con le attrazioni da visitare nella cucina!E stato pensato di tutto!Stile giapponese!Siamo rimasti veramente molto soddisfatti! Hanno procurato uno spazio deposito bagagli,che è stato molto utile l’ultimo giorno siccome avevano volo di sera!Se torneremo a Tokyo,sicuramente alloggeremo nella stessa struttura!Il quartiere era molto tranquillo e ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici!Complimenti di cuore ♥️!
