Parties and events are strictly PROHIBITED. If this rule is not adhered to, you will automatically lose your bond. Apart from that, any extra service fees including extra cleaning fees and damage fees may apply.
#Drug or Criminal Behaviours
NO ILLICIT DRUGS or CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR is allowed on the property.
Once found, we will call the police and you will be held responsible for any legal and financial issues related to the property resulting from your behaviours.
#Noise
Please be conscious of your neighbours and keep noise at a tolerable level without being disruptive. NSW noise restrictions also apply, so please minimise noise after 9PM.
#Smokings
NO SMOKING INDOORS within the property at any time. For the apartment due to the strata by-law, smoking in the balcony is not allowed. This penalty carries a monetary penalty of up to $1,100.
#Pets
I love dog and have my own Labrador, but NO pet is allowed to stay in this apartment.
# Moving Furniture and Items
If you move anything from one location to another, please inform the host before moving it and return it back to its original location before you check out.
We also ask you to move the item(s) carefully without causing any damage to the item(s) itself or the property, otherwise you may be held liable for any damages to the item(s) or property.
# Rubbish
๏ผYou do not have to thoroughly clean the property, however, please make a reasonable effort to clean up after yourself, especially when there are children or holding party.
๏ผ All rubbish must be picked up and placed in bins including small items like wrappers and bottle lids.
๏ผ Please leave NO food inside the refrigerator or cabinets as well.
๏ผ Please take all the rubbish to the garbage room of the building and dispose them in proper bins before you check-out. Please check the guidebook to find the location of the Rubbish Room.

- All our power points are 240 volts in accordance with Australian standards. Please prepare your own converter if you are from other countries.
- Please note that power boards tripping can be a regular occurrence when too many appliances are plugged in at the same time. It is a good idea to check your heater usage with other electrical appliances to avoid this issue.
- In order to save energy and protect our environment, we ask you to please ensure that ALL lights, heating or cooling appliances, have been turned OFF When leaving the property. Thank you for your support!
#Checking out
Please leave the property as you found it. We kindly ask you to not move any furniture around.
The latest checkout time is 10AM. Prior to checking out, please go through this to-do list:

The latest checkout time is 10AM. Prior to checking out, please go through this to-do list:
๏ผClean all dirty dishes and store them in the cabinets where you found them. Please note that the cleaning fee does not include dishwashing. For any dirty dishes left on the property, an extra service fee will apply.
๏ผ Sort and dispose of any remaining rubbish.
๏ผTurn off all lights and the air conditioner. If the air conditioner wasnโt turn off properly, a $50 electricity fee would be charged.
๏ผ Ensure no appliances are in a work cycle๏ผdishwasher, dryer, etc.)
๏ผ Report any damages or missing items to us.
๏ผ Put all keys and swipe cards back into the lockbox and scramble the number of the lockbox.
#Keys
If any keys are lost during your stay, extra service fees apply.
- If you are locked outside, key delivery is $150 and depends on availability;
- Should you misplace or lose any key(s), you will be responsible for replacing the key(s) and/or property lock change.
# Alteration for check-in and check-out time
If you wish to check-in early or check out late, an additional fee may apply. Any alterations for early check-in or late check-out MUST be advised at least 1 day before.
