Dubai is a rapidly developing city, and as such, there are construction activity in surrounding areas. Continental towers building is located next to a neighbouring building currently under construction. While this is outside of our control, we wanted to share this in advance so guests are fully informed prior to booking.



• Any additional cleaning services mid-stay will incur an extra charge/fee.

• Standard check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. If guests want a late checkout, depending on availability, there will be an additional charge.

• Any last-minute extensions will incur additional charges for cleaning cancellation.

• Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of 500 AED per card.
