Look Beyond the Photos – The Reality Is Different.
English:
• The property is spacious and offers a good amount of living space.
• The interior design and decoration are pleasant.
• The beds were clean.
• Basic cooking utensils were available.
• The billiards table was a nice feature and one of the main reasons we chose this property.
English:
• The furniture had numerous stains and appeared worn out and poorly maintained. Its cleanliness was also below expectations, and it would benefit from deep cleaning or refurbishment.
• There was visible damage to the walls that requires maintenance.
• The dishes and kitchen utensils were not properly cleaned upon our arrival.
• Basic complimentary supplies, such as tea and coffee, were not provided.
• Housekeeping was not included during our stay.
• No staff member was available to welcome us upon arrival.
• Some basic requests and services required more time and effort than expected.
• The property looked considerably better in the listing photos than it did in reality. Additionally, some of the items and facilities shown in the photos were not actually available at the property.
Furthermore, the price did not reflect the actual value of the accommodation. For the same amount, we had several other options, including 5-star hotels and serviced apartments offering comparable or even larger spaces, with a higher standard of facilities and services.
