I gave an 3 overall. Main reason being the view is incredible. However, there were several concerns. The major one, a leak on the ceiling close to the entry door. Our understanding, was that this was caused by condensation from air conditioners in units above. Although I understand this is not the fault of the host, & they responded with a text message quickly, getting someone to actually come, evaluate the situation & do something was difficult. The hotel staff came up to try & fix it but were unable to do this. They sent their engineer who stopped the leak, but could not guarantee that it would not start up again. The peeling ceiling drywall remained. We cleaned up all the drywall that had fallen & the water. We were get ready for my daughter‘s graduation, this made for a very stressful situation. Minor issues included - light over the left bedside table not working,entire time we were there. Light on the right side worked sometimes. At one point, we were unable to turn it off, it was on all night. This was mentioned to the host, but never addressed while we were there. My husband stated there was a sewage smell coming from the toilet after flushing, in half bath. Shower heads -main one did not work, handheld did. Not enough utensils to have people over. There were plates, bowls & glassware, but again not enough stemware. There was dust on the floor, and a torn up cushion that was stuffed inside the dresser. If all of these issues were dressed, it would a great place.
