Nestled in a private, serene setting with endless water views, this home blends island-inspired charm with modern comfort. Inside, the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas feature breezy coastal décor and expansive windows that frame the sparkling Bay, keeping you connected to nature from every corner of the home.
Outdoors is where this property truly shines. The lower level offers a covered entertainment space complete with a beach bar, grill station, and plenty of room to relax. Enjoy the private pool (pool/spa heat available at an additional cost), unwind in the spa hot tub under the stars, sip drinks at the elevated deck bar, or gather around the firepit. Step right out to the brand-new private dock, perfect for morning coffee, sunset views, fishing, or simply watching dolphins and manatees cruise by. This is vacation mode—every day.
Private beach access is located just across the street. Please note that the stairs providing access are temporary and do not have railings and are used at your own risk. (See additional photos) This beach is perfect for walks, shelling, and shark-tooth hunting.
For swimming and sunsets, Manasota Key Beach is just minutes away and easily reached by golf cart or e-bike (rentals available locally). Adventure lovers will appreciate the variety of nearby activities, including jet ski rentals, kayak rentals, sunset tours, and dolphin cruises. Parasailing is also available nearby, along with deep-sea fishing and world-class tarpon fishing during the season.
Golfers can tee it up at one of the many courses in the area. For thrill-seekers, skydiving is just an hour away with the Skydive SW Florida Club.

The home is in a fantastic location. Seconds from the beech and close to cool restaurants. The host was very helpful and alway available. It was great to have a private drive and the privacy.

Welcome to Manasota Key's hidden gem. From the moment you drive thru the gates, you feel the secludedness this property offers. As you walk through the front door you are greeted with a million dollar view of Lemmon Bay. The home was spotless and well stocked. The pride of ownership shows as you unwind in well appointed beach decor.Enjoying your private pool and spa to sunsets on the newly installed dock over the bay. The property has everything you need to enjoy the three beaches right at your door step!
