The Space:

This comfortable two-bedroom apartment is thoughtfully designed for families, couples or small groups, accommodating up to six guests. Bedroom One features a king bed, while Bedroom Two offers a queen bed. The living area includes a queen-size sofa bed, comfortably sleeping up to two additional guests.



Large floor-to-ceiling windows fill the living area with natural light and open onto a private balcony, creating a bright and airy space to relax. The fully equipped kitchen includes essential appliances, cookware and utensils for everyday meal preparation.



The apartment offers clearly defined living, sleeping and kitchen areas for comfort and practicality throughout your stay.



For bookings of five or six guests, an additional $30 per person, per night applies for each guest from the fifth guest onwards. Please ensure the correct number of guests is included in your reservation so we can prepare the apartment appropriately in advance.



Guest Access:

Guest can enjoy the entire apartment.

The tram stop is right next to your door step. The feel tram would take you to explore Adelaide city, the central market and China Town. You can also take the paid the tram to one of Adelaide's most beautiful beach - Glenelg.

Along this historic avenue you’ll find the Art Gallery of South Australia, South Australian Museum, State Library, Adelaide Festival Centre and Elder Park by the River Torrens. Hindley Street – 3 mins walk

A lively area known for its restaurants, cafés, bars and nightlife, offering a wide range of local and international dining options.



Rundle Mall – 8 mins walk

Adelaide’s main pedestrian shopping precinct, filled with major retailers, cafés and entertainment.

Victoria Square & Adelaide Central Market – 15 mins walk or 3 stops by free tram

With the apartment located in the CBD, most major attractions, dining areas and shopping destinations are easily accessible on foot or by free city tram.



Other Things to Note:

Fire Safety: The fire alarm system in this property is monitored, and emergency services will be dispatched if the alarm is triggered. A minimum fee of $1200 will be charged for Fire and Emergency Services, and the guest will be responsible for all related fees and charges.



Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if remediation is not allowed.



Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.



Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.



Guest Verification: You may be required to provide a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in for verification purposes.



Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:00 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily.



Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.



Welcome Amenities & Supplies: We provide a small welcome amenity pack to help you settle in comfortably at the start of your stay. For longer stays, or if additional items are needed beyond what is provided, guests are kindly requested to purchase these at their own expense.
