This room was very comfortable, very nicely decorated and very clean. Beautiful bathroom. Fantastic location right in the heart of Coconut Grove. Beautiful views and great hotel amenities. The host is always available if needed.

The room was nice and clean. I have stayed in the Arya before and lived nearby for 25 years. The location is super. HOWEVER, I wasn't aware that the hotel bar and restaurant were no longer open. I stayed at the Arya a year ago and it was said the bar and restaurant were "closed for renovations." I assumed they would be open again. The light on the left of the bed did not work and there were not enough hangars. When I went to the front desk to request these things be attended to, I was told to "contact my host". There were no instructions in the room of how to operate the TV. When I called the "Host" number I was greeted with voice mail and no action. I was not aware at the time of booking that this was a sort of "Air B&B" accommodation. I would not book this again.
