The property had a washer and dryer up in the balcony, and it was conveniently located near Rosarito and some restaurants and a convenience store.
The only drawback was one very small parking spot and the lack of an AC.

The location is prime and its a gated property with a guard. Theres also a police sub station. The oxxo and the mariscos restaurant are supper close. The meat market is in the same plaza. I was tempted to grill a steak. The pool area is nice. Ill book again for the future.
It needs air conditioning. But opening a door and turning on a fan cools it down.
I know you don't have control over this but the dog in apt 51. He jumps at the window every time I came in or out. It scared the BLANK out of me. Overall I liked my stay.

Amazing experience.. Eduardo was very attentive to every detail, even helped us with water when we got late to the property, will stay again - Victor
Wished the curtain for the rooms was 1 instead of two but wasn't really a problem.
