The location was very well suited for our visit's purpose, close to Plant City and Lakeland, and 15 minutes from shops and restaurants. Orlando is about an hour away. The accommodation was all brand new, has parking spaces, and the area is well maintained. We could hear the train passing nearby, but it didn't affect us at all, we slept very well.
Also, if you book through Booking.com, you will receive an email with a link to the property's app, I highly recommend downloading it in advance and completing the pre-check-in. That's where you'll receive your unit access and entry code. I did it upon arrival and, between calling the call center and getting the access details, it took 40 minutes or more.
The property has long access stairs — at times a bit challenging for a 75-year-old in good shape — though there are handrails for support, and the staircase is straight with evenly spaced steps. In the second floor was the living room, kitchen, bathroom and an office, and then a second long staircase up to the third floor with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, washer and dryer. It was clean, but the cleaning could be more thorough. If you visit during warmer seasons, be mindful of insects and bring repellent when walking around the area — avoid leaving doors open for too long.

The property was spacious and very clean
The property was good, nothing to complain about. Was able to get the TV in the living room to work, but could have been user error.

It was new
It had way too many steps. also, the bed was very high. It was very difficult to get in and out of it. The towels are very cheap. and the train is really loud at night. It starts about 11 o’clock at night.
