I loved this place. 5th floor but with a lift ! (Not as common as you might think.) And even better: I was thrilled that the lift was the original.
Inside the apartment: very modern, really well done. Perfect for 2. Everything we needed in the kitchen- including a washing machine (with free tablets provided: kind touch)and a coffee machine with a few pods to tide us over (ditto.).
Bedroom great, with a hanging rail and plenty of hangers; shower/ etc, too; living room again perfect for 2. Ironing board and iron. Fan ! And a balcony with a view over a gorgeous park opposite. The apartment is quiet yet only 10 mins walk from old town. Trams and buses from just around the corner made access to railway station/ airport really easy.
Nothing ! Perhaps lighting at the back for access would help, but this would not be the responsibility of the apartment but rather the block. Not really a problem anyway. I loved the place.

Richard answers very quickly to each question and solves problems as quickly as possible
The shower is very efficient : no flodding and the flow is very good
The flat offers you everything you need for shower, and kitchen.
Location is excellent : you are close to the center and the bus station : maximum 20 minutes by foot
Very noisy but if you close windows, it is silent
4 or 5 steps before reaching the lift
Don't forget there is not clim, only a fan but it's ok
I'd like more information to find the entrance of the building : you must enter the court yard via a blue gate
The industrial style is amazing, mostly about the rough ceiling of the bedroom

The apartment was clean and check-in instructions were very detailed. The kitchen was stocked with complete essentials so we could cook as well which was really nice.
The shower drain was slow and the shower would flood at times. No other issues though.
