The view, the comfy bed, the on site parking.

Kitchen facilities: although there is a microwave, there is no container to use in it!( only a plastic mixing bowl & a measuring jug supplied). Bathroom ventilation is a problem: it ventilates onto the kitchen via a low door. No exhaust fan. We were disappointed by a lack of laundry facilities. The owner directed us to laundromat, but everywhere else self-contained that we have stayed in NZ provided laundry facilities.
