Beautiful holiday home in the middle of a picturesque landscape in the heart of Istria.The house was newly built in 2013 and has enough space for several families or groups of friends who want to vacation together.The complete equipment is new and modern and offers all the comfort you need for your vacation.The ground floor has one large and one small kitchen, 2 living rooms, a dining room, a recreation room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet.The first floor has 4 bedrooms, a long balcony with a beautiful view and 2 bathrooms.On the beautifully landscaped and fenced property, a 70 m² swimming pool with an outdoor shower invites you to come and refresh yourself at any time. In the garden there is also a barbecue, where you can prepare delicious dishes on the grill and enjoy them in a relaxing atmosphere and a natural environment. In addition, the garden is also equipped with a children's play area.There is also a part of the pool made for KIDS so that parents can completely relax on their vacation :)
