The views, it was easy to get to location to pick up keys, great location close to southern Cross station, easy access to transport. Coffee, tea, sugar and long life milk provided, which was very welcome. Wonderful showers, lovely to have washing machine and dishwasher to use. Large bedrooms and 2 showers, nice and clean.
Issues with the keys but not the owners fault...Was supposed to drop off keys to shop so tradesmen could come in to do some repairs, but arrived there and shop was shut for 15 minutes half an hour previously and was still shut. Couldn't wait for the owner to return so had to throw keys through the side of front door. Arrived back at shop late at night (shop open to midnight) to find that the code had been changed so had to ring accommodation owner to get new code issued so I could be given the keys. Intermittently throughout the night you could hear the sound of water running in the pipes from probably the other apartments above.

Location, cleanliness, easy communication and early check in was very helpful.
No hot water in one of the bathroom basins and split cycle in the bedroom was loud.

Property in a good location, trams and trains outside the door. Very clean, beds very comfortable. Easy key collection from Ezymart across the road.
