Alloggio carino vicino piazza Jourdan

Alloggio molto carino e vicino alle istituzioni europee. C'è una cucina comoda e letto/divano per dormire comodamente in 4. Piazza Jourdanè piacevole con molti locali.

Terzo piano senza ascensore e con scale ripide. Da migliorare la pulizia. Tutto sommato lo consiglio per soggiorni brevi.

Nichts, wir konnten die Wohnung nicht nutzen

Am Tag meiner Ankunft in Brüssel wurden wir vor verschlossener Tür informiert, dass die bereits gebuchte und bezahlte Ferienwohnung plötzlich storniert wurde – mit der lapidaren Begründung, Booking.com hätte einen „Fehler“ gemacht. Ich stand mit meinem Gepäck im Regen, während der Gastgeber uns einfach abwies und keine Lösung anbot. Das ist kein „Fehler“, das ist grobe Fahrlässigkeit! Keine Vorwarnung, keine Entschuldigung, keine Alternativlösung. Wir mussten unter Zeitdruck und Stress eine teure Ersatzunterkunft suchen. Booking.com hat uns im Stich gelassen – trotz Bestätigungsmail und Zahlungsbeleg. Absolut inakzeptabel! Wer so mit Gästen umgeht, verdient keine Buchungen. Finger weg von dieser Unterkunft und von Booking.com, wenn man nicht riskieren will, im Urlaub obdachlos zu werden.
