José at the front desk was incredibly helpful. Our plane arrived late and they sent us the codes for the front door and our room since the desk isn’t staffed at night.
The included continental breakfast (Mexican pastries, yogurt, fruit, cereal, coffee, tea, juice) was filling and served from 8-10:30 on the lovely rooftop patio. The neighborhood (Condesa) is quiet but has many lovely cafes.
Also, since Uber isn’t currently allowed at the airport (when arriving) it’s worth it to use the hotel’s car service. The first taxi company in the Arrivals hall whose desk we stopped at tried to charge us 1000 Mexican pesos. Luckily José had told me that it should be around 400 pesos and we just went to the next desk.

Great location, extremely clean, modern, well
maintained facility, with an extraordinarily friendly and helpful staff and front desk; Jose was amazing! Was upgraded to a junior suite; room was immaculate, shower was hot, nice soaps and shampoos. Best part of the stay was the hospitality and the continental breakfast on the second floor open air patio; an amazingly relaxing experience, watching woodpeckers while drinking coffee above the beautiful La Condesa in Mexico City. Great value; can’t recommend highly enough!

Our room looked the same each day as when we first arrived, it was spotless.
Comfortable beds, quality bedding, beautiful decor, a lot of attention went into the details.
Location perfect. Condesa is an urban jungle, very calming and family friendly. Close to Parque Mexico, Roma Norte, Anthropology Museum, we walked everywhere.
Staff amazing! Friendly and professional. Manager helped navigate Uber to Pyramids when we were not familiar. Would highly recommend this stay to all my friends. Thank you!
