Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to get around Indio and the wider Coachella Valley, and there is parking for up to four vehicles at the home - two in the garage and two in the driveway. Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) is roughly a 30-minute drive. The Eldorado Polo Club is about a 35-minute walk, and the Terra Lago golf courses, SilverRock Resort and the Empire Polo grounds are all short drives away. Ride-sharing services operate throughout the area.

Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.



★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

Yes - the home has a private pool with a large tanning shelf and a heated spa, both for the exclusive use of guests. The pool can be heated to a maximum of 82°F, which is a comfortable swimming temperature rather than spa-hot. Pool-safety door alarms are fitted on every door leading to the pool area, and for the safety of children under 12 we ask that they stay activated throughout your stay.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

Pool heating is $60 per day, capped at $1,000 per month, and needs at least 24 hours' notice so we can check the system before you arrive. Spa heating is included.



★ What is the parking situation? ★

There is parking for up to four vehicles - two in the garage and two in the driveway. Front-gate and door codes are provided at check-in.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes - community quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. This is a residential community and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



The desert can be windy, so a pool brush and a leaf blower are provided if you would like to clear dust between service visits.



The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.
