About this apartment rental
Currently no elevator. This is 2nd floor facing beach near stairwell. The Shore Thing. Beach, Marina, Ocean, groceries. As close to the ocean as you can get. One of two units in the complex that is facing the ocean. Enjoy your island vacation in this spacious and tastefully decorated, Florida motif, direct Gulf-front, one bedroom condo. The Shores is directly across the street from Publix grocery store. It is situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico, with stunning views of Estero Bay and Sanibel Island. On the South end of the island is Santini's Plaza where there is plenty of shopping, a drug store, a book store, a hardware store, restaurants, and a marina with boat rentals. The Shores is directly across the street from Publix grocery, a Marina and a restaurant. All are located on the bay.
The condo features a large patio area with tiki huts and deck. This one bedroom condo has it all. One of the units that has direct gulf views from all rooms. You will experience a truly tropical and exotic feel with ocean views from every window,and warm ocean breezes and fragrant flowers. Direct access to the seven miles of white, pristine beach and the Gulf of Mexico and only 2 miles from the pier and 'Times Square'.
The island trolley stops in front of condo for easy access to Lovers Key State Park and other island attractions.
Stretching along the southwest coastline are some of Florida's best beaches that are fun for the whole family, like Fort Myers Beach on Estero Island, a 7-mile stretch of sun-washed sand. The beach has public amenities like restrooms, showers, and parking spots near the Lynn Hall Memorial Park. Since the waves are gentle and the waters are shallow, kids and adults can swim on the beach. If you are into shelling, stroll around the shoreline for opportunities to collect different types of sea treasures washed ashore by the gentle waves. At the northern tip of Estero Island is a quiet coastal escape, Bowditch Point Park. This park spans 17 acres with dual-shore access to the Gulf of Mexico and Matanzas Bay. You will find shaded picnic pavilions, barbecue grills, and outdoor showers. Take a walk through the trails that wind through the restoration preserve, a great place for bird-watching.

For nature and adventure enthusiasts, the park has a launching point for kayaking through mangrove-lined waterways and tidal lagoons. You can rent paddleboards, kayaks, and canoes nearby.

The location and view from this property is perfect. We really loved our stay. It was our 3rd time staying at the Shores and would highly recommend it.

Beautiful property with views of the ocean from every window. Property was spotless with beautiful beach decor. Beach was clean and peaceful. Host was easily available if needed. Great location with a grocery store and marina right across the street. Highly recommend eating at Junkanoo which is also within walking distance.

The condo view and location were perfect. It was very clean with a comfortable bed. We spent all of our time on the beach and loved lounging on the beach deck. I thought I would miss the pool, but I didn’t at all. It was very convenient having a Publix across the street. We absolutely loved dining at Doc Ford’s where the prices were reasonable and the food and drinks were excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again on our next stay.
