Location
The sink faucets were missing the caps that hide the screws - not an issue if it weren’t for the filth that collected there for what looks like weeks or months.

Location, breakfast
The 2nd floor rooms are extremely loud from the lobby! A few items can try to rectify this situation:
1. Close down the lobby for games at 10pm and reopen it for the games at 9am.
2. Add a lot of sound proofing to the ceiling in the lobby.
3. Restore the 2nd floor rooms to conference rooms.
No one should be sleeping in these rooms with the amount of noise.

Room was super comfortable. The staff were all great. Shower had great water pressure and consistent heat. Noise machines in the room were nice.
Not their fault, but they were painting the floors in front of the elevators the first few days-all day and night-and one day the fumes were very intense. Took a really long time to get drinks at the bar but the bartender blamed the fumes-so i get it. Like almost 20 minutes for one beer and we were just grabbing it before we had to leave. Also barn doors and frosted glass said barn door in the bathrooms. When will this trend be over? Zero privacy.
