Peaceful location in rural KY, great jumping off place for Mammoth Cave NP. Appreciate the fast wifi and snacks left by the host.

If you're looking for somewhere to bring your dog/dogs, look no further. We booked this property as a solution for bringing our two Rat Terriers with us as there are quite a few pet friendly activities in the area. Could not have made a better choice. The location is close to Mammoth Caves, but far enough out to detach and decompress. The cabin is placed in the far corner of a large pasture that we had all to ourselves with acres of woods out the back. Combine that with the spacious screened in porch and it's more than ideal. Plenty of room to run. Breakfast at sunrise is beautiful over the field. The kitchen is entirely functional with some compact solutions for the space. Check-in was smooth, as was communication when we discovered the fold-out couch had been damaged by the previous renters and they solved the problem immediately. A word on the driveway, it's not for sports cars, but is pretty typical for the area. Gravel with a steep hill. Definitely would not stop us from recommending it. Book it.
