First summer for this new rental! A guest favorite on that other site. Make memories at this newly renovated 1,600+ sqft charming 4-bedroom home, with ocean, river & marsh views! Let the ocean surf lull you to sleep at night and enjoy ever changing views with the tides.
Kennebunk’s stunning Parsons Beach is only 1 mile away, a 5 min bike ride or 3 min drive for drop offs. Enjoy the miles of bridle path for biking or walking just steps away, or the Mousam River boat access 1000 feet down the road.
This comfortable living space offers 2 large full baths, both newly updated with modern fixtures and flooring. new natural fiber bedding with memory foam mattresses and a well stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. The King master bedroom has ocean views, the queen middle bedroom has the en-suite bathroom and a desk (if you are forced to do a little work), and the large rear bunkhouse (no bunks) is perfect for kids or young adults with it's own private stairway. There are 4 twin beds (2 w/built-in nooks), and a third floor "crows nest" loft with a second living room/TV, and a couch that easily converts from a couch to a twin bed to a king sized foldout. This quiet space hast the best views in the house and is great to step away for an afternoon book read. Each bedroom has a dedicated mini-split air conditioner.
Enjoy a large private backyard for yard games or eating outside and a back patio area by the barn with 8 Adirondack chairs, a fire pit, a picnic table, and fun string lights above. We provide beach passes for Kennebunk beaches, beach chairs, beach toys and towels for your enjoyment too!
This home is situated idealy, a short 5 minute drive from the bustle of downtown Kennebunkport or to Rachel Carson preserve, 10 minutes to Wells or Cape Porpoise, 20 minutes to Ogunquit, or 30 to Portland. If you are Interested in biking the area or walking the trails, we are less than a 3 min. walk to the 6+ mile in/out Bridle Path that can either take you down to Mother’s Beach or to the Upper Village of Kennebunk. Bike 1 mile to the beach in a few mins, or walk it in 20. Bike 10 minutes to Dock Square, Kennebunkport.
