This lovely 3 bedroom/2 bath condo is on ground level in the Sandpiper Bay Golf community. The condo is decorated with cozy furniture for comfort and relaxation throughout. It is a smoke-free property with three bedrooms and two full baths. The bedrooms are configured with 1 queen bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the second & third bedrooms. There are 2 flat panel smart televisions (streaming only - Guests must use own streaming accounts), WIFI and a DVD player for entertainment enjoyment. The condo features an open floor plan with interconnecting kitchen/dining/living areas and access to a screened porch area. The screened porch is the perfect place to enjoy the scenic and serene area behind the condo overlooking the fairway/water view. The master bedroom is located adjacent to the common area and has a private full bath and access to the screened porch. The second and third bedrooms are in the front of the condo and share the entry hall full bath. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances including dishwasher, full-size refrigerator and range. Small appliances such as microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster are also included. The dining area has seating for six and a raised bar with additional seating. The condo has central heat & air and a laundry area with full-sized washer/dryer.
