Chalet Noir is nestled in a quiet, private neighborhood, offering a peaceful retreat in a welcoming community. The cabin is accessed via a well-maintained gravel road for the final 0.7 mile and sits beside its sister property, Chalet Blanc, and an undeveloped wooded lot. The surrounding countryside features open fields, pastures, and rustic farm scenery, creating a tranquil rural setting.

This six‑bedroom, 3,200‑square‑foot cabin spans two levels and is ideal for larger groups. The main level features a fully equipped kitchen with large and small appliances, a spacious island, a dining area, and a cozy living area with an electric fireplace.

A large, covered deck extends the living space outdoors, offering picnic style seating and a 4 burner propane grill. From this elevated vantage point, guests enjoy sweeping mountain views and the soothing sound of the river below, creating an unforgettable backdrop for morning coffee and shared meals.

A few steps below, Chalet Noir’s outdoor entertainment terrace awaits. Perched on a scenic bluff approximately 80 feet above the river, this resort style retreat features a private heated plunge/cocktail pool (20' × 8') with wraparound bench seating, a six person hot tub, a lighted pergola, a propane fire pit table, ample lounge seating, and an expansive synthetic turf area. The unique combination of amenities, long range mountain views, and riverfront setting results in one of the most extraordinary outdoor living experiences in the area.

Returning to the cabin, the main level also includes four bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Two king bedrooms share a large, master-style bathroom on one side. A queen bedroom and a double twin bedroom, connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom, are located on the opposite side.

The lower level expands the home’s comfort and entertainment options with two additional bedrooms: a king room and a bunk room with two twin bunks (four twin mattresses), both served by a hallway full bath.
